I tried this on my patchy lawn and, yeah, I did see a little grass come back. It just wasn’t as much as I was hoping for. It also took longer than what they claimed, and I still have some bare spots. Anyway... it’s not the worst thing I’ve used, but for the price, I expected better.

I waited a few days just to get a reply to my emails, and when they finally got back to me, it didn’t really solve the problem. Kinda frustrating honestly. Has anyone else had the same issue?

I ordered this thinking it would be a more eco-friendly option for my lawn, but i wasn’t totally sold. The website sounds good at first, but when you actually try to find clear details about the ingredients, where they come from, or what happens with runoff, it’s kind of hard to pin down. The packaging also felt like it used more plastic than necessary. Maybe the product works fine, but when you’re buying something marketed as greener, you expect a lot more transparency.

The instructions were really clear, and yeah, I got my lawn order done fast. No confusion or anything, just simple steps that made it easy...

I checked out the expert advice on elementslawn.com and it was okay overall. Some of the tips actually helped me figure out what might be going on with my lawn, so that was useful. But a few answers felt kind of general, like they didnt really get into the specific issue I was dealing with. Its not bad, I just wish there was a little more detail for the trickier lawn problems.

I liked the idea of elementslawn.com at first, and the service sounded convenient. But once I actually had a subscription, changing or pausing it wasn’t as simple as I thought it would be. What made it more confusing was that the website seemed to say one thing, then the email I got said something else, so I wasn’t totally sure what was actually happening with my order.
Customer support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but it still turned into more back and forth than I expected for what should’ve been a quick change. It’s not the worst experience ever, but I wish the subscription setup was clearer and more flexible. I probably wouldn’t sign up again.

I got my refund after a few days, so it wasn’t instant, but it did come through without any issues. Overall, the process was reliable and gave me confidence that they follow through.

Support was fine when I reached out, but the actual recommendations could definitely be more accurate.

I was really hoping this would finally take care of the bare spots, but they’re still there. I kind of regret putting my hopes into it because it didn’t really fix what I needed fixed.

Had to cancel my Elements Lawn service since I’m moving out of the area. Figured it might be a whole thing, but nope.
I messaged them, they replied fast, no pressure to stay, no random fees. Just handled. Really appreciated how easy it was.

I ordered from elementslawn.com and, umm, the quality was actually better than I expected. The material feels solid and doesn’t come off cheap, which was a nice surprise.

It looked pretty much like the photos online, and once I got it set up, everything worked fine. I didn’t notice any weird defects or anything that made me concerned.

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the packaging could have been a little better. But the product itself is good and I’m happy with it overall.

We had them come out and treat our lawn, i felt totally fine letting my kids run around afterward. They explained the safety stuff clearly, and there wasn’t any weird smell lingering. Nice.

I've been using them for about a year now. the lawn does look greener in some spots and we’ve definitely had fewer weeds, so there’s been some improvement. That said, a few areas are still thin and patchy after winter, which was a little disappointing. Not a bad service overall, I just expected a bit more long-term results for the price

I ordered the soil test from Elements Lawn because my yard had all these patchy spots and I had no clue what was going on (I was basically just guessing at that point).

The results were easy to understand and showed me what my soil was actually missing, so I stopped wasting money on random lawn products. It did take a little longer than I expected to see things improve, but it was definitely helpful, and my lawn looks more even now.
